This week we have enjoyed turning the story of 'The Three Little Pigs', into a comic strip. We have enjoyed exploring what the character says can be completely different to what the character is thinking! It has allowed us to explore humour in our writing.
We have also also enjoyed finding out about the RNLI and how they are modern superheroes. We particularly enjoyed finding out about Henry Freeman, a man from Whitby who was famous for his work with the RNLI.
Holly class are exploring different materials in their science lessons. We looked at a range of objects and what they were made of. We also had an interesting discussion about plastic and its impact on our environment.
A big thank you to everyone who brought in a wooden spoon for our Traction Man characters. We are looking forward to creating a new adventure for them next week!
