Welcome to Elm Class

Elm Class (Year 4 & 5) is taught by Miss Peck. Miss Burrell-Smith supports the class each day.

During the Summer Term of Year 4, pupils take part in the government's Multiplication Check which assesses, at speed, their knowledge of times tables. Daily times tables practice on apps such as Hit the Button, and reading of the book your child brings home is the best way you can support your child to do well - not just in their multiplication check - but across all subject areas.

Pupils in Elm Class continue to enjoy weekly Forest School sessions linked to the wider curriculum every Thursday. We're very lucky to have our own school wood; the changing natural environment provides a wonderful space for your child to learn, explore and challenge themselves in a safe and familiar setting.
