Our topic this half term is Special Me and this week we are looking at feelings. Why not talk to your child about what makes them happy, sad etc.
We made up a song about feelings.... to the tune of 'If your happy and you know it'
If your.(sad etc.. and you know it.(have a cry etc).
If your.(sad etc.. and you know it.(have a cry etc).
If your (sad etc) and you know it and you really want to show it.
If your.(sad etc.) and you know it.(have a cry etc).
The children had great fun thinking of different feelings and actions that we could do for them. Why not have a go at home?
Don't forget....Forest Schools will be held every Thursday.
Super Squirrels to come in forest school clothes and bring school uniform if staying all day.
Wise Owls to bring their forest schools kit with them to change into after lunch.
Wise Owls...... Please bring your book bags with your reading book, reading record and tricky words envelope with you EVERY DAY. We will be reading and checking tricky words on a regular basis. If you need a replacement tricky words envelope, please see Mrs Parker.
