We have had a lovely few weeks watching the butterflies finally coming out of their chrysalis. The children have enjoyed observing and watching the transformation from a caterpillar into a butterfly. We finally got to realise them into our wood and watched them fly off! We have learnt lots of interesting facts about how the caterpillars change into caterpillars. Please ask your children all about it.

You can see photos of the caterpillars changing into butterflies in the gallery.

We are looking forward to developing our knowledge of butterflies further with our visit to Butterfly World during the first week back.

We hope you all have a lovely half term and look forward to seeing your postcards of your adventures.
