We know that children who are happy and secure in school, learn better. We have high expectations of our children and are proud that their excellent conduct is often commented on by visitors.
We want all our children to feel valued as individuals so we place a strong emphasis on positive strategies that recognise and celebrate achievement and appropriate behaviour in class, in assemblies and at home.
Our Behaviour Policy also sets out clear sanctions which are applied fairly and consistently across school for repeated poor choices of action. In these rare cases, we involve parents at an early stage so that things can quickly get back on track.
Bullying
We don't tolerate bullying of any kind at any level. As a result, we rarely have to deal with bullying and we are consistently impressed and proud of the positive attitudes and behaviour of our children.
