Holly class are continuing to look at the Julia Donaldson book, 'The Snail and the Whale'. We are busy creating a freeze of the front cover during our art lessons. Keep a look out in the entrance for our fantastic artwork. We have also enjoyed discussing our favourite part of the story. Please ask your child to tell you their favourite part and why!
In numeracy, we are exploring the place value of a number using tens and ones. We have looked at the teen numbers to see what numbers create them. For example we know that 13 has 1 ten and 3 ones.
We have also begun to practice our Christmas play 'Hey Ewe'. Please could you help your child learn their words. We look forward to you seeing our final production in December!
