Thank you to all the parents who came to Parents evenings this week with Mrs Maud and myself. We are so extremely proud of all of the children and the progress they have made this half term. If you did not manage to see us please make an appointment for the first week as we have lots of lovely things to share with you and also tips on how to support your child at home.
We have been busy assessing the children this week to identify where the next steps are in their learning. We have introduced 'Magic Maths' at the start of the maths lesson, which the children love. This is support their instant recall of facts.
If your child has completed their current tricky words, please don't forget to ask us for the next set. We want more children to receive a medal from Mr Gunning!
It was a difficult decision to make as all of the children have worked incredibly hard, but this half term's Stakesby Superstars are Benjamin Newton and Ellis Hopper. Well done boys!
