World Cup fever rages on in Maple Class as we continue with our projects. Our imovies are now finished and we are trying to arrange a time to share them with Year 6. In maths, we have gone football crazy with lots of code breaking activities and footy related problems to solve. We have even begun to create our own 'Top Trumps' games including percentages and scoring statistics!
Away from football, we are also looking forward to upcoming trips to Beamish Museum and to see the tall ships sail into Whitby to begin the Captain Cook Festival 2018 celebrating the 250th anniversary of Cook's first south seas expedition.
Our last two 'Stars of the Week' were Darcy and Noel. Well Done!
