This week has been a very busy and exciting week!
On Tuesday, we went for another visit to Marton Court as part of our intergenerational project. We got to take some of our favourite toys to share as well as some toys from when Mrs Maud was younger!! We looked at how the toys had changed and had great fun exploring and playing with them. One of the residents brought some coins from the past to show us and we enjoyed looking at them. Please see the photo gallery for photographs.
On Wednesday, we visited Butterfly World at Preston Park. We all enjoyed looking at the different butterflies and learning all about the different types. Some of us were lucky enough to get a butterfly to land on us. We also got to see the Meerkats along with snakes, lizards and spiders. We all enjoyed time in the park!
We have enjoyed looking at different types of insects and have had lots of minibeast hunts around the outdoor areas.
