This week has been a very active week for Holly class involving both swimming and forest schools.Mrs Gallon informs me that the children are enjoying their swimming lessons and growing in confidence each week! Mr Bates was particularly impressed this week week with Ellie O'Connor , because she floated across the pool in her streamline torpedo shape and followed his instructions to the letter. He commented that that the skill levels of the children for a Year 1 class were particularly good .Well done Holly class and all those parents who take their children swimming and to swimming lessons, it is clearly paying off!!

During 'forest schools' Mrs Mason has been looking for mini beasts with the children in the reading wood and talking about the conditions they like to live in.The children have had great fun looking under stones and logs to see what they could find!
