Another week has flown by in Elm Class as we worked until our socks flew outside of the school!
The first day of the week is a hard day for the whole of Elm Class, because of the fact its Monday! We did a lot of work this week in Elm Class.
In English we were focusing on editing our explanation texts. We improved our: vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and maybe more in the future.
All week in maths we thought about fractions, mostly mixed numbers and improper fractions. We figured out that if you revisit subjects you will be more secure with it, so thats what we are doing.
For the last couple of weeks we have been doing dance with Miss Barnett. We have the chance to be in 'Lets Move 2017' so get them letters signed and lets get moving!
On Wednesday again half of our Class has been doing Forest School while the others brought a special object and wrote some creative writing (story/narrative) about them. Next week will be different as the 'authors' will have forest schools and the 'wood workers' will be bringing an object each and getting creative!
For the second time, we had French with Mr Messanger, Bonjour!
In Computing we created formulas that made times tables on a spreadsheet and made them look snazzy.
Well done to Noah and Riley for becoming a Times Tables Master! The certificate winners are Cohan, Charlie H and Jude! Well done to you three.
Get ready for next weeks blog! By Jazmin and Anais.
