This week, Oak Class has been busy cleaning up our local parks as part of the Great British Spring Clean campaign. We designed posters which we laminated so that we could display them in prominent areas to encourage people not to drop litter, but to put it in the bins instead.

We started out at Byland Road Park, then moved on to Pannet Park before finishing at White Leys Park. Check out the amount of litter we collected!

After making such a great job of the clean-up operation, we spent our break playing on the equipment, knowing it was all clean. Our teachers even had a go too!

We've also been busy writing speeches for our debate which we're holding on Monday. Check back next week for pictures of the event!
