How lovely that Spring is finally on its way.  This week we have begun planting.  We discussed what a plant needs to grow.  We did a little experiment to see what conditions a plant will grow under, and put our plant pots in some weird and wonderful places to test our theories!  Watch this space.

We also visited our pond and looked at what is happening there. We brought some frog spawn into the unit (which we will shortly return!) to watch over the next few weeks.

This week we have also celebrated 'World Book Day'.  Thank you to all the parents - the children looked amazing in their costumes and really enjoyed the day.  The EYFS staff also looked...well...they enjoyed theirselves too!  We hope you enjoy spending your book token and sharing a book together.
