Ash Class   26th January 2017

What a busy week! We have been learning all about fractions. We can now find fractions of amounts, can order and compare fractions and can solve problems involving fractions. We have become much more confident and have used manipulatives to help us! Next week, it's all about telling the time!

We have gone science mad this week, we have conducted experiments to see the changing states of water and this has helped us to identify and observe the processes that cause water to change state.

Getting ready to boil the kettle!!

Checking our knowledge!

In English we have been learning about fronted adverbials and have been using these in our writing.

The Daily Mile is progressing well! Today many of us beat our personal best in terms of laps and everyone continued to move at pace for the entire mile. We are all feeling better for it!

Well done to Harry who is our Star this week. He has had such a positive attitude. Well done to Keigan too for keeping us entertained with his first novel!
