There certainly has been steam coming out of the ears of the pupils in Maple Class this week! On Monday, the children worked really well using ipads to research European countries on our virtual tour. We have learned the names of some European capital cities and have found out which interesting landmarks we could visit.

Mrs Mason was extremely impressed with the amazing observational drawings of sunflowers that the class produced in their art lesson. Watch out Vincent Van Gogh!

In maths, we have been comparing and ordering numbers using symbols to show more than, less than and equal to. There are some photos below of us working with 3 digit numbers.

Our class Stakesby Star of the Week this week is Thea! Thea has caught our eye for her mature attitude, hard work and beautiful presentation.

Well Done Thea!
